So staff managed games are run a tiny bit differently then normal community games. Staff games are intended to be taken more seriously and follow a fairly similar structure. The winners of 8 games will then compete in a championship game which involves two phases. Phase number one is evolution. Same as the normal game, whomever can reach the top first. Phase two, each player will use their winning races of the previous "normal games" that they won for a galactic domination game type. The reason for the difference in phases is that Game Masters follow the effects on one singular planet. And deciding factors and events for 8 planets at once can easily become hectic and simply too much work. So to summarize. Eight games are hosted by a staff member. Each winner of those eight games will then go head to head in evolution. Then they will battle for galactic control or strive to leave the galaxy for another. Whichever way the player wishes to win. These 8 phase two races are of the races the player originally won with. A winner will be determined based off game play performance.
